Sub:- Estt. - APPHS - Mapping of MPHA(Male) to establish proper linkages 

between the PHC and attached Dr. YSR Village Health Clinics - Allocation of MPHA(M) to the designated PHCS and Dr. YSR Village Health Clinics to implement the family doctor concept - Clearing of apprehensions prior to conduct of counseling · Meeting with the MPHA(M) scheduled to be conducted on 11.10.2022 by 10.00 AM - Regarding.

In view of the instructions issued by the Director, Health and Family Welfare through reference 1st cited regarding the allocation of the MPHA(M) to the designated PHCS and Dr YSR Village Health Clinics so as to implement the family doctor concept to establish proper linkages between the PHC and attached Doctor to YSR Village Health Clinics, the provisional seniority list of MPHA(M) appointed on regular and on contract basis was already been communicated through the reference 3rd cited. In order to clear the apprehensions among the MPHA(M) regarding the processes of counseling, it is decided to convene a meeting with them prior to the counseling. 

Hence, the officers concerned in the erstwhile YSR Kadapa district are directed to instruct the MPHA(M)s working on regular and contract basis under their jurisdiction to attend the meeting on 11.10.2022 at 10.00 AM at the Conference Hall, 0/0 DM&HO, Kadapa.
